Function:
1. Remote reading/setting of parameters: parameters such as start temperature/humidity, stop temperature/humidity, temperature/humidity, correction can be set through UART
2. Real-time temperature/humidity reporting: If the temperature/humidity reporting function is enabled, the temperature/humidity and relay status will be detected at 1s intervals, and transmitted to the terminal through UART to facilitate data collection
3. Relay enable (default on): If the relay enable is turned off, the relay remains disconnected
