Money Return Form
It is important to indicate in the return form whether you prefer a Refund or Store Credit.
If you choose Refund, please provide your bank account (IBAN) where the refund should be deposited.
If you choose Store Credit, the value of the returned product will be added to your account in our online store and you will be able to use it for future purchases.
Refunds are processed within 14 days, every Friday.
You will receive an email notification once the process is completed.
