Personal data: any visitor can browse the online store without giving any personal information. We will need your personal data (your email address) only if you become a member and proceed with a product order or if you choose to receive our newsletter.

Information related to product purchases:  The necessary details for each transaction include your full name, ID number (to verify identity with your credit card details when purchasing via credit card), a landline phone, address (street, city, postal code), shipping address, and receipt type (invoice or receipt). Additionally, we may ask for voluntary information such as a mobile phone number (in case immediate contact is needed), fax number, and occupation.

Invoice Data: In case an invoice is issued, we need the company name, VAT number, and registered office address.

We manage information from the billing/shipping section and may forward it to the courier company we collaborate with to:
