Payment Return Form

 

1. Unjustified Product Returns (Right of Withdrawal)

Customers have the right to return products purchased, in accordance with consumer protection laws, without justification, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt..

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

Returns and withdrawals are not permitted:

1) For special orders (e.g., custom jewelry made according to customer specifications or clearly personalized items, following a written agreement/order).

2) For products modified upon customer request.

3) For damages caused during the opening of the product, which are solely the customer’s responsibility.

Returns will only be strictly accepted if the following conditions are met:

1) The product is new and in its original excellent condition, verified by our e-shop personnel.

2) The product packaging is intact and undamaged.

3) The product is returned in secure packaging to prevent damage during transportation. We are not responsible for loss or damage during transit.

4) All accompanying documents (original purchase receipt/invoice, warranty, order form, confirmation email, and credit card slip for card payments) must also be returned intact and in excellent condition.

5) If the product was accompanied by a gift, the gift must also be returned in excellent condition, along with any accompanying materials.

6) The customer exercises their right of withdrawal within the 14-day period from the date of receipt.

The customer in order to claim the right of withdrawal, must contact us, announcing his decision to withdraw, with an unconditional  and deadlines, written statement that will be sent by mail (Top Imports SINGLE MEMBER EPE, I. Diakidi 136, Perivola, 26335, GREECE) or through the Contact Form before the expiration of the above deadline of 14 days.

To facilitate the claim of your right, you can fill in the withdrawal / product return form.

Upon notification of the withdrawal statement of the customer, will be sent a confirmation of it in his e-mail.

Before returning the product, the customer must contact our store within the above deadline.

The customer must return the products in secure packaging, so that they are protected during shipment, without undue delay and definitely within 14 calendar days from the day on which he announced, according to the above, in our online store his decision to withdraw.

The return is the responsibility of the customer as we are not responsible for any loss or damage during transport.

The return cost will be borne the customer.

In case the above is not observed and the product does not meet the above conditions, the return of the product will not be accepted and the product will be sent back to the customer-sender at the same charge.

If the product is received, the withdrawal statement is placed in time, all the above conditions are met and the above procedure is followed by the customer's right of withdrawal, the return of the products will be accepted.

The refund corresponding to the price of the products ordered by the customer (the initial shipping costs are non-refundable), will be completed without undue delay and definitely within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the returned products.

Refunds will be made by deposit to the customer's bank account. For security reasons, the holder of the account number must be the same person listed on the receipt for the returned product.

In case the customer does not want a refund but exchange of the product with another or other products, up to the amount of the price paid or with the payment of an additional price, provided that the product to be exchanged remains intact and unused. In case the changed product is of lesser value than the one of your original order, our store will not refund the difference in money, therefore you should choose an additional one so that your new order is equal to or greater than the original one. For the above you must fill in in detail the product (s) in the withdrawal / return form.

Shipping costs for new products are borne by the customer and the products will be shipped after receipt and verification of the original product (s), as mentioned in detail above (fulfillment of conditions).

Change for the second time, return of already changed products is not allowed.

2. Justified Product Returns

If the customer receives a defective product, a product lacking agreed-upon characteristics, a damaged product due to transit, or an incorrect product due to our error, they must notify us immediately, describing the issue and specifying whether they prefer a replacement or a refund.

Return Conditions:
To be eligible for return, the product must:

Be new and in its original excellent condition.
Have intact and undamaged packaging.
Be returned in secure packaging to prevent transit damage.
Include all original accompanying documents (e.g., purchase receipt, invoice, warranty).
Return Period:
The return must be made within 14 calendar days of receipt.

Conditions for returning the product

In order for the return to be accepted, the allegedly defective, defective or missing product must be new and in its original excellent condition. The product packaging must not have been damaged or soiled, but must be in excellent condition. The product must be returned in a safe packaging so that it does not wear out during transport. We are not responsible for any loss or damage during transport of the product. Along with the product, the customer must return intact and in excellent condition all the documents that accompanied the product (original purchase receipt / invoice or any other accompanying material). In case the product is accompanied by a gift, the gift must be returned with the product, also in excellent condition and the forms that may accompany it.

Deadline for returning the product

The return of products which are defective or lack of agreed quality upon delivery or which are other or substantially different from those ordered will be accepted within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt.

Shipping costs for the return of products to our online store are borne by us, if our customer sends them with the shipping network used by our store ( the ACS courier for shipments within Greece except in areas inaccessible to ACS where the shipment will be made through TAXYDEMA as well as abroad, through TAXYDEMA) otherwise they are borne by the customer.

The costs for the return to the customer of the correct / replaced or repaired product are borne by our store.

In case the return is not made within the time period provided or the return conditions are not met, our store has the right not to accept the products back and not to proceed with the requested product shipment or refund.

In case the customer does not return the product, then a new product will not be sent to him and the customer will have to place a new order / purchase.

Before returning the product, the customer must contact the Contact Form within the above deadline.

Return and repair / replacement process

Product sending

For the return, the customer must fill in the Return Form, in which he will specify the reason for which he returns the product and his request.

After the notification of the customer's request through the Contact Form, a confirmation will be notified in his e-mail.

Then the customer must pack the product in such a way that it is protected during transport and sends it to the address: (Top Imports SINGLE MEMBER EPE, I. Diakidi 136, Perivola, 26335, GREECE) in the ways analyzed above, before the above return deadline .

Then we will check the problem reported by the customer and then we will contact him for information about the results of the check.

If it is found that the terms and conditions of its return are not met, as detailed above, the product will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer with the shipping costs borne by him. We are not responsible for any loss or damage during transport of the product.

If a defect is found, lack of agreed quality or wrong shipment of product due to the fault of our store and the terms and conditions of its return are met, as detailed above, the return of the product will be accepted and the correct product will be sent to the customer (in case of wrong shipping) or the repaired or replaced (similar new or if the customer wants another new product of similar quality and price) or refund (refund will be made by deposit in the customer's bank account, the holder of the account number must be the same person who appears on the purchase receipt for the returned product), without undue delay and in any case within 5 working days from the approval of the return.

Especially in case a repair is required or in a special order, the delivery time will be determined after consultation with the customer.

Note:  If in the original order some of the products are wrong or defective or do not have the agreed properties, the right of replacement or withdrawal is limited to them and not to the rest.

Attention: The products belonging to the categories Adult / XXX and to all their subcategories, are NOT returned. Once your order is paid and you receive the product, you have no right to return to the subcategories included here.

Spare parts: Attention! On all spare parts, there is a clear instruction inside the package to check the product before it is installed in the device. You should check the functionality of the product by simply connecting it to the respective motherboard and never install the spare part on the device if you have not made sure that it is functional. We inform that in case the spare part is installed in the device and the problem is found after the installation, our company does not take any responsibility for replacement or compensation of the product or part of it. By purchasing any spare part from our company, you agree to this term.
